Brief: The clients requested a sharp, simple and edgy design, that appealed to all demographics looking for work. Website navigation had to be simple and intuitive as the target audience ranged from teens applying for their first job to retirees seeking volunteer work. The overall look needed to be friendly, approachable and demonstrate expertise.
Ready, Set, Go to Work’s process is based off of a three step process with phases that overlap. This became the conceptual idea (a venn diagram) where all three steps of achieving career goals are visually represented. The contrasting orange and blue colours created an open, welcoming and approachable vibe. The full company name was abbreviated to make it easier to remember and to further outline the step by step process.
