This time last year I wanted two things out of the new year: Firstly, a kitten, and secondly, a personal project that would both challenge me and enable me to grow creatively. The kitten was the easy part. On the other hand, my ‘365 Days of Post-Its’ project wasn’t always easy, and many a post-it note perished in the process, but the end result was worth it. I learned a great deal about perseverance and willpower, while fostering my passion for creation and illustration. Thanks to everyone who followed my year long process and supported each individual creation along the way . There is a small feeling of sadness at leaving my post-its behind, but I am already looking forward to my next artistic endeavour. As Hemingway so perfectly stated “It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.” Happy New Year!
